Does Furnish By Us have any stores or showrooms?
FurnitureToGo does not have a showroom. The reason is because we want to keep our overhead low and provide as much savings as possible to our customers which is why we only operate online.

How do I place my order?
All our orders are placed online through our website. Simply add the item of your choice to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will need to fill out some simple contact information. Once your order has been placed, a customer representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm.

How soon is delivery?
Delivery date and time depends on your location. Furnish By Us delivers to majority of Southern CaliforniGive our offices a call if you would like to know if we deliver around your area.

How much is delivery?
Furnish By Us provides free in-home delivery to specific areas in Southern CaliforniIf you are not located in this area, we will try our best to arrange a location where our delivery team can meet you.

When do I pay for my order?
There are two options for payment. Payment is due in full either online as you place your order or on the phone with a customer representative.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover or cash upon delivery. We DO NOT accept any checks or money orders.

Do the items come assembled?
Majority of our items come unassembled in boxes. All the tools and instructions needed for assembly will be provided to you. All our items come in bulk pieces therefore assembly is easy and simple.

Does the delivery team provide set-up and assembly?
Furnish By Us's delivery team does not set-up or assemble items for free. When a customer representative calls to confirm your order, ask about our assembly fee and we will more than happy to give you a quote.

What if I receive my order, but I am not satisfied with the item?
If you are not satisfied with the item, Furnish By Us provides a 7-day return/exchange policy. To qualify for our return/exchange policy, the items must be unassembled and in its original packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee, but if you would like to return/exchange an item there will be a pick-up fee depending on your items and the location. Once an item has been assembled it is a FINAL SALE and we will not be able to return or exchange your item under any circumstance.

What if I receive my order, but there are damages?
If you receive your order and it is damaged, Furnish By Us provides a 90-day manufacture warranty. Contact a customer representative within those 90 days and we will be happy to replace the damaged part/item with a new one. For high-quality assistance, a customer representative may ask for a picture of the damaged item through email. Please note that Furnish By Us warranty is for manufacturer damages and defects only. We DO NOT cover any ACCIDENTAL damages done to the items.

Do you take back old furniture?
Unfortunately, Furnish By Us is unable to take back any old furniture.
