Warranty

Furnish By Us provides a 3-month manufacturer warranty. This covers all manufacturer defects within 90 days of delivery, but does not cover damage resulting from issues such as:
  • Exposure to extreme temperature
  • Negligence/Carelessness
  • Incorrect assembly
  • Accidental wear and tear
  • Unauthorized Repair
If you receive your item and notice any major defects or damages, please give us a call or email us at customerservice@furnituretogo.com and we will schedule a Customer Service visit to replace the damaged item. Warranty only covers damages caused by the manufacturer/Furnish By Us. Please make all arrangements and inquiries to our offices and not to our delivery team. We will be happy to help you resolve any problems you've might of came across. Please allow up to 10 business days for your customer service needs to be resolved by our customer service team. If you receive your item and notice any major defects or damages, please give us a call or email us at customerservice@furnituretogo.com and we will schedule a Customer Service visit to replace the damaged piece or item.

Returns & Exchanges

Furnish By Us provides all our customers with a 7-day return/exchange policy. To qualify for our return or exchange policy, the items cannot be assembled and must be in their original packaging. Furnish By Us does not charge a restocking fee on any of our items, but there will be a pick-up fee depending on the item and the location. Customers are also able to ship the items back to us at their own cost. Also, customers are responsible for confirming all furniture dimensions with the measurements of your home. Once an item has been assembled or the packaging has been discarded/torn it no longer qualifies for our return/exchange policy and is considered a FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cancellations

In order to provide high-quality and on-time services, we ask to be notified of any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours (2 business days) prior to your delivery date. Any customer service issues should be resolved by speaking directly to a Furnish By Us customer representative.
